Lets me real not everyone has time to make hundreds of treats for a Halloween - I deffently don't. Here are three quick and easy Halloween treats. Yum!
Ok I know how weird the middle truffle looks but oh well. These ghost truffles are normal milk
chocolate truffles with white chocolate and buttons on top. If you would like to try to make these the ingredient is below.
I am going to be truthful these aren't very scary I mean how can fairy cakes be scary. But there blood red so lets just go with it...
Halloween Marshmallows
Pumpkin
- Marshmallow
- Orange food colouring
- Any chocolate of your chose or icing
- Milk chocolate for the face
Steps for using chocolate
- Melt the chocolate.
- Add the food colouring.
- Role the marshmallow into the melted chocolate.
- let it set.
- Melt the milk chocolate and put it into a piping bag. If you do not have a piping back use a sandwich bag, just remember to cut the corner of.
- Add the face and then let it set.
Steps for using icing
- Make the icing and add the orange food colouring.
- Role the marshmallow in the icing.
- Let it set.
- Melt the milk chocolate and put it into a piping bag. If you do not have a piping back use a sandwich bag, just remember to cut the corner of.
- Add the face.
- Let it set.
Witch
- Marshmallow
- Blue or purple food colouring
- Icing
- Kisses (milk)... If you live in England and you cant find them you can always use midget gems.
- Oreo (if you are using kisses)
- milk chocolate
Steps for using kisses
- Make the icing and add the food colouring.
- Role the marshmallow in the icing.
- Let it set.
- Get an Oreo and half it.
- Using the left over icing stick the half of the Oreo on the top of the marshmallow. (It doesn't matter if it has the cream on it)
- Stick the kiss to the top of the Oreo.
- Let it set.
- Melt the milk chocolate and put it into a piping bag. If you do not have a piping back use a sandwich bag, just remember to cut the corner of.
- Draw the face on with milk chocolate.
- Let it set.
Steps for using midget gems
- Make the icing and add the food colouring.
- Role the marshmallow in the icing.
- Let it set.
- Paint some milk chocolate onto the gem.
- Add the gem onto the top of the marshmallow.
- Melt the milk chocolate and put it into a piping bag. If you do not have a piping back use a sandwich bag, just remember to cut the corner of.
- Draw on the face with the milk chocolate.
- Let it set.
Frankenstein
- Marshmallow
- Green food colouring
- Icing
- Milk chocolate
Steps
- Make the icing and add the food colouring.
- Role the marshmallow in the icing.
- Let it set.
- Dip the top of the marshmallow into some melted milk chocolate, to make the hair.
- Melt some more milk chocolate and put it into a piping bag. If you do not have a piping back use a sandwich bag, just remember to cut the corner of.
- Draw the face on using the piping bag.
- Let it set.
Ghost
- White chocolate
- Milk chocolate
- Marshmallow
Steps
- Melt the white chocolate.
- Role the marshmallow in the white chocolate.
- Let it set.
- Melt the milk chocolate and put it into a piping bag. If you do not have a piping back use a sandwich bag, just remember to cut the corner of.
- Draw on the mouth and eyes with the melted chocolate.
- Let it set
Cobweb
- White chocolate
- Green food colouring
- Icing
- Marshmallow
Steps
- Make the icing and add the food colouring.
- Melt the white chocolate.
- Role the marshmallow in the white chocolate.
- Let it set.
- Drizzle the icing all over the chocolate.
- Let it set.
Then eat them all!!
Ghost truffles!

Ghost Truffles ( This will make 7)
- Digestive biscuits. (10)
- Coco powder (2-3 heaped spoons)
- Butter ( anuff the bind altogether)
Chocolate coating
- 1 bar of white chocolate
- Chocolate buttons
Steps
- Put the digestive biscuits into a sandwich bag and bash them until they are like bread crumbs. (crumbs)
- Put all of the crumbs into a bowl and add the coco powder and butter.
- Mix the mixture until it can stay together.
- Role the mixture into individual balls.
- Put them into the fridge for about a hour.
Chocolate coating
- After a hour of the truffles have hardened take them out of the fridge.
- Melt the white chocolate.
- Role the truffles in the white chocolate.
- Cut the chocolate buttons into tiny peace's and add 2 to each truffle. This will make the eyes.
- Using a knife or a cake skewer and erase a little bit of the white chocolate, this will make the mouth.
- Put them back into the fridge to set.
Blood Red velvet Cake

What you will need
- Cake mix... come on no-one has time to make cake mix from scratch.
- Butter
- Icing
- Orange
- Lemon
How to make the butter icing
- Add 120g of butter into a bowl.
- Then add half of the packet of icing sugar to the butter.
- Mix until creamy.
- Then add half off a lemons juice and half of an orange juice into the butter icing.
- Mix until it has spread evenly.
Steps
- Follow the steps on the box and put the mixture into the oven.
- Take the cakes out of the oven and let them cool down.
- Cut a circle in the centre of the cake.
- Add the butter icing.
- Then half the circle that you have just cut out of the cake and place the peace on top of the icing. Like I have done in the picture.
